Spot-clean soiled areas only. Do not machine wash, wet-clean or soak the whole pillow, and do not dry-clean it. Use a pillowcase and protector, air regularly and dry completely before use. Low tumble heat must stay below 60°C. Do not bleach or iron.

Should I choose Soft or Firm?

What is the pillow filled with?
The outer chamber is 30% white duck down and 70% white duck feather. The inner chamber is 100% white duck feather. The 30% down figure describes the outer chamber, not the whole pillow.
What size pillowcase will fit?
Both comfort options measure 50 × 70 cm. Check your pillowcase or protector’s dimensions; a tight cover can compress the pillow and change its feel.
Can I mix Soft and Firm in a bundle?
Yes. Add each comfort option separately. Two pillows cost $279 and four cost $529, with bundle prices applied automatically in your bag. Online orders are limited to four pillows in total. Shipping is added at checkout; ask for a trade quote for larger orders.
Can I wash the pillow?
Spot-clean soiled areas only. Do not machine wash, wet-clean or soak the whole pillow, and do not dry-clean it. If whole-pillow washing matters to you, choose a model with instructions that allow it. See the care guide for spot cleaning and drying.
Will feathers come through the cover?
The cotton cover has a down-proof weave to help contain the fill, but occasional feather escape can occur. Use a protector and handle the pillow gently. Contact us if fill loss seems excessive.
Where are NUVELL pillows made and sent from?
The pillows are manufactured in China. NUVELL is based in Adelaide, and online orders ship from our Adelaide stock within Australia. Read about NUVELL or see shipping information.
What if the pillow does not suit me?
Try the pillow for at least 14 nights, then request an eligible comfort return from day 15 to day 30 after delivery. One prepaid return label covers up to two eligible opened pillows per household, and we pay delivery of one comfort exchange. Unopened, unused pillows in original packaging can be returned up to day 30 at your return-postage cost. Each returned pillow is refunded at its share of the amount paid, including any bundle or promotional discount; pillows you keep are not repriced. What if my pillow arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us with your order reference and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will assess it and provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer rights are separate from the comfort guarantee and change-of-mind policy. See faults and consumer guarantees.
