These pillows need spot cleaning. Please review the care requirements with whoever looks after your linen before ordering.
Online prices are $149 for one, $279 for two or $529 for four, in any mix of Soft and Firm. For more than four pillows, ask for a written quote. We usually respond within 1–3 business days.

The pillow
Know what goes in your rooms.
The NUVELL Pillow is made in China by Canasin. The manufacturer has confirmed that it supplies this exact specification to hotels. Compare the feel, pillowcase fit and care needs for your own property.

Soft and Firm
Soft has more give; Firm is fuller and has blue piping to help identify it. Both use the same chamber construction. Ask about comparing the two before choosing your mix.
50 × 70 cm
Both versions measure 50 × 70 cm. Check the fit with your own pillowcases and protectors when trying a sample.
Down and feather
A feather core with a separate outer chamber of 30% duck down and 70% duck feather. The blend refers to the outer chamber only.
Cotton cover
A 100% cotton, 230 thread count cover. The pillow needs spot cleaning, so its care routine matters when choosing it for guest rooms.
Housekeeping
A pillow for a spot-cleaning routine.
Canasin’s instructions apply to both Soft and Firm. If your property requires regular full-pillow washing, factor that requirement into your choice. Read the full care guide with your housekeeping team.
Spot clean only
Clean soiled areas with neutral detergent and water at or below 40°C. Do not soak the whole pillow. The manufacturer specifies tumble drying below 60°C.
Cleaning limits
Do not machine wash or wet-clean the whole pillow, and do not dry-clean it. The manufacturer advises against whole-pillow washing because it can affect the fabric and filling.
Plan for replacement
Canasin advises replacing pillows that are heavily soiled overall. Review that requirement alongside your property’s hygiene and linen procedures.

Can hotels or accommodation providers order NUVELL pillows in volume?
For more than four pillows, send NUVELL the quantity, Soft and Firm mix, destination and timing you need. We will confirm current stock and provide a written quote with delivery costs and the agreed terms. Up to four pillows can be bought through our online store.
Are Soft and Firm samples available for trade review?
Ask about comparing Soft and Firm before ordering. NUVELL will confirm sample availability, arrangements and any cost for your enquiry.
Can the whole pillow be washed between guests?
Spot-clean soiled areas only. Do not machine wash, wet-clean or soak the whole pillow, and do not dry-clean it. Canasin advises replacing pillows that are heavily soiled overall.
Does the 30-Night Guarantee apply to trade orders?
Our published online-store returns and 30-Night Guarantee terms apply to website purchases, including purchases for hotels and short-stay properties. Different terms for a quoted trade order apply only where agreed before purchase. Any Australian Consumer Law guarantees that apply to your purchase are preserved.
