Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use our website, purchase products from us, or interact with our online store.

Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately, including materials, sizing, colour, firmness, fill, and care information. Product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural product variation.
Product suitability
Product information is general and does not constitute medical, health, ergonomic, or therapeutic advice. If you have a medical condition, injury, allergy concern, or therapeutic need, seek professional advice before purchasing.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is accepted once we confirm the order or dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order for availability, payment, pricing, fraud, delivery, or policy reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Prices and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. NUVELL is not currently registered for GST. Optional delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment
Payment must be made at checkout using one of the methods offered on the website. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. NUVELL does not store full card details on its own systems.
Promotions
Discount codes, launch offers, bundles, gifts with purchase, and promotional pricing may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, must be applied at checkout, and are subject to stock availability.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and the 30-Night Guarantee are governed by our Returns & 30-Night Guarantee policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Care and use
Customers should follow product care instructions and our Care Guide. To the extent permitted by law, NUVELL is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, moisture, mould, pests, pets, heat, chemicals, or use outside normal household bedding purposes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
