Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use our website, purchase products from us, or interact with our online store.

Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately, including materials, sizing, colour, firmness, fill, and care information. Product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural product variation.
Product suitability
Product information is general and does not constitute medical, health, ergonomic, or therapeutic advice. If you have a medical condition, injury, allergy concern, or therapeutic need, seek professional advice before purchasing.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your bag. An order is accepted once we confirm the order or dispatch the product. Online checkout is limited to four pillows in total, in any mix of Soft and Firm; contact us for larger orders. We may need to decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a clear pricing error, we reasonably suspect fraud, or delivery cannot be arranged. We will contact you and refund any payment taken for a cancelled order, including its delivery charge.
Prices and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. NUVELL is not currently registered for GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment
Payment must be made at checkout using one of the methods offered on the website. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. NUVELL does not store full card details on its own systems.
Promotions
Discount codes, launch offers, bundles, gifts with purchase, and promotional pricing may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, must be applied at checkout, and are subject to stock availability.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and the 30-Night Guarantee are governed by our Returns & 30-Night Guarantee policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Business and trade purchases
These published online-store terms apply to website purchases, including purchases for hotels, short-stay properties and other businesses. Different trade terms apply only where agreed with you before purchase. Any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
Care and use
Follow the product care instructions and our Care Guide. Damage caused after delivery by misuse or incorrect care may not be a product fault. We assess the cause and circumstances of any reported problem, and our care conditions do not remove your applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
