Care Guide

Care instructions for keeping your NUVELL pillow comfortable, dry, and long-lasting.

Follow these steps when your pillow arrives and throughout regular use. The NUVELL pillow should be protected, aired regularly, and kept dry.

Unbox and air out

Upon receiving your pillow, remove it from its packaging and place it in a dry, shaded area to allow it to breathe and fully expand.

Fluff for full loft

Gently shake and fluff the pillow by hand. This helps the filling expand to its natural shape, providing the support and comfort you expect.

Protect your pillow

We recommend using a clean pillowcase and pillow protector to help maintain the pillow's integrity and extend its lifespan.

Avoid moisture exposure

Keep your pillow dry. Avoid using the pillow with wet hair or exposing it to moisture, and make sure it is completely dry before use.

Cleaning your pillow

The pillow itself should not be washed, bleached, ironed, or dry cleaned. If needed, use light spot cleaning only and allow it to dry completely before use.

  • Do not wash.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.

Refreshing over time

The care label allows tumble drying on low. Use low heat only, avoid overheating, and make sure the pillow is completely dry before use. We recommend refreshing and airing your pillow regularly, and replacing or professionally assessing it over time depending on use.
