Unbox, air and fluff

Remove the packaging and air your pillow in a dry, shaded place. Gently shake and fluff it by hand to help the filling settle into shape.

Use a pillowcase and protector

A clean pillowcase and a suitable pillow protector help keep everyday moisture and soiling away from the pillow. Choose covers that fit its 50 × 70 cm size without tightly compressing it, and wash the covers according to their own care labels.

Spot-clean soiled areas only

Use a neutral detergent and water no warmer than 40°C to clean the affected area. Do not machine wash, wet-clean or soak the whole pillow.

• Machine washing and professional wet-cleaning are not recommended by the manufacturer because they can affect the down-proof fabric and natural filling.
• Do not dry-clean, bleach or iron the pillow.

Dry completely before use

The manufacturer's spot-care instructions allow tumble drying on low, below 60°C. Avoid overheating and make sure the pillow is fully dry before putting its covers back on or sleeping on it.

Keep it dry between uses

Air the pillow regularly in a dry, shaded place and avoid using it with wet hair. For storage, choose a dry, ventilated space away from direct sunlight.

When spot cleaning is not enough

If the pillow is heavily soiled throughout, the manufacturer's advice is to replace it. Contact us if you are unsure whether a spill or stain can be managed with spot cleaning.
