Privacy, Cookies & Storage
This page explains the information used when you shop with NUVELL, contact us or browse our website, including the information saved in your browser.

Information you provide
We collect the details needed to handle your order, enquiry or request for product updates.
- Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order items, payment confirmations, discounts, delivery and tracking details, returns and refunds.
- Messages, order references, product interests and marketing preferences you give us.
- For trade enquiries, business or property details, requested quantities and delivery location.
Website and enquiry information
When you browse, we collect information about pages visited, searches, product choices, shopping actions and technical performance. Referral pages and campaign details in a link can help us understand how you found NUVELL. Enquiry records can include the page you sent the form from and browser information. We use request information to limit spam and repeated requests, and save a protected identifier derived from your IP address rather than the raw address with your enquiry.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, send order and tracking emails, provide account access, answer enquiries, manage returns, send requested or permitted product updates, understand website use, prevent abuse and keep business records.
Marketing communications
Newsletter and product-update emails require a separate, unticked opt-in. We record which updates you choose, the consent wording and when and where you signed up. Buying a product or sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We send marketing only to people who opted in. You can use the unsubscribe link to stop all NUVELL marketing emails, or email contact@nuvell.com.au. If you sign up again, we enable only the updates you choose then. Order, delivery and customer-service emails continue because they relate to your purchase or request.
Payment information
Stripe processes checkout payments and provides the customer account portal. NUVELL receives the order and payment-confirmation details needed to fulfil and manage your purchase. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
Services that help us operate
We share information needed to provide each service with payment, email, hosting, database and delivery providers. This includes Stripe for payments and account access, Resend for website emails, and Vercel for hosting, website analytics and performance monitoring. Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver and track parcels. We may also provide information to professional advisers or authorities where required.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our payment, email, hosting and analytics providers may store or process information outside Australia. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Access, correction and privacy questions
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. Send privacy concerns or complaints to contact@nuvell.com.au with the details you would like us to investigate. We will review the concern and respond using the contact details you provide. If you remain dissatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about privacy complaints.
Shopping and account storage
Saved bag items let you return to your selection. Account-link requests use the email address you enter for that request; NUVELL does not save it in browser storage for a later visit or checkout. Shopping information can remain on the device until it is cleared, so consider clearing NUVELL site data after using a shared device.
Analytics and referral information
Vercel analytics and performance tools help us understand website use and loading performance. When Google Analytics is enabled, it also receives browsing and shopping events and may use cookies. Events can include viewed products, bag changes, searches, checkout activity, order value and referral or campaign details. Referral details can also be saved with a checkout order.
Third-party services
Services such as Stripe and, when enabled, Google Analytics may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their privacy and cookie policies describe their practices.
Managing cookies and stored information
You can use your browser settings to block cookies or clear cookies and site data, including local storage. Clearing NUVELL site data removes saved bag and shopping information from that browser; it does not delete completed order or enquiry records held by NUVELL. Blocking storage or third-party services may affect bag, account or checkout features. Contact us if you need help with information we hold about you.
