Product Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
NUVELL products are covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturing faults
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, such as significant seam failure, incorrect product supplied, major fill leakage caused by manufacturing, product materially not matching its description, or damage present on arrival, so we can assess the issue promptly. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What is not usually covered
Unless required by law, remedies may not be available where the issue was caused by normal wear and tear, personal comfort preference outside the 30-Night Guarantee period, misuse, incorrect washing or drying, failure to follow care instructions, stains, odours, mould, moisture, contamination, pests, accidents, or commercial use unless agreed in writing.
Assessment
We may ask for photos, further information, or return of the product so we can assess the issue. If we confirm that the product has a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy and reimburse reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
